ORDERS & RETURNS
  • All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground only.
  • Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2 business days of order receipt.
  • You can expect your package to arrive via FedEx in 5-10 business days or less.You can track your shipment with the tracking information we will send you on your shipping confirmation.
  • Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please check your Spam or junk folders as confirmation emails can mistakenly be routed there
  • Items that are order-able should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
Shipping Promotions

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $59 within the 48 contiguous United States. $4.95 flat fee for all orders under $59 within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii shipping is not free. We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.

Value Town ships via FedEx ground within the United States Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box or international addresses. Express shipping may be requested. All additional FedEx charges apply.

We will ship your order within two days of receipt. You will receive an order processed confirmation via email that includes the package’s tracking number. Please check your Spam or junk folders as confirmation emails can mistakenly be routed there. You may track the status of the shipment at www.FedEx.com.

In the event the order is refused at the destination, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Please contact us if you experience any shipping delay or if you do not receive your order confirmation or tracking information promptly.

When you place an order with us, you will automatically receive and email notification verifying your purchase, and how it will be shipped to you. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to send your credit card information via our secure server, we would be happy to process your order over the phone. Just call us at 973-779-1057. You may reach us Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Method of Payment

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover using our secure server to ensure your privacy and security.

Sales Tax

If your order is shipped to an address in New Jersey, applicable sales taxes will be added to your order.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your item from date of invoice for a refund.

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.

Please Note: We can not accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pail, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, nursing pillows, pillows, sheets, bedding and undergarments.

For all breast pumps : due to their personal nature breast pumps and fertility monitors can not be returned unless they are unopened and the seal has not been broken. Defective breast pumps are warranted by the manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair or replacement. Manufacturer will 100% make sure you receive a replacement if defective.

Valuetownbaby.com does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please send your prepaid label requests to sales@valuetownbaby.com, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be immediately credited to your account less any shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be refunded only in the event the product is defective and a replacement part is not available to be sent in 7 business days or less. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

After 30 Days, defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their terms and conditions.

Defective & Damaged Items

For missing hardware,or for replacement parts,or defective items you must contact manufacturer directly within 30 days.

Manufacturer phone # are included in all instruction manuals.

If you can not reach manufacturer directly , please e mail us at sales@valuetownbaby.com describing your problem, please be sure to e mail us the information such as order number, model number, any part numbers and a description of the damage along with a picture.

Please note if item is damaged and the part is replaceable we or manufacturer will replace the broken parts or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense.

ALL PURCHASES MORE THAN 30 DAYS OLD ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURES WARRANTY

After 30 Days, defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their terms and conditions.

Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable

If a package is refused for delivery or not deliverable (at FedEx’s discretion), the customer will be charged a $25 Refused Package/undeliverable Fee and be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Valuetownbaby.com. Actual charges may be substantially higher than any special shipping promotions being offered. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the Refused package fee and the actual shipping charges or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages returned to Valuetownbaby.com because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged actual shipping costs for that order and subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship the item(s). Orders that are later canceled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased, less actual shipping charges.

In the event you need to change the delivery address while in transit, you will incur a $20 address correction fee and any additional shipping fees incurred from shipper.

Order Cancellations

Most orders are processed and shipped within a few hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@valuetownbaby.com. If your order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
